Subezy is an online platform for transport companies (shippers) to find, contract, invoice, and manage qualified transport subcontractors. It streamlines the process of subcontracting for shippers, reducing time and costs while increasing efficiency.
Subezy matches shippers with pre-qualified subcontractors. Once a potential match for a vacant route/business is found, the subcontractor and shipper are set up to communicate and finalize details.
Subezy also handles the invoicing and payment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
For now, Subezy is designed for road transport companies, including shippers and subcontractors.
Subezy handles the pre-qualification process of subcontractors before they can join the platform. This includes ensuring that they meet all formal requirements for executing tours and have a track record of successful collaborations.
Additionally, special skills and licenses are databased, so a more advanced pre-qualification can be done if needed. Special quality reuirements for each shipper can be taken into account.
Payments are made via bank transfer to IBANs specified and set up by Subezy. This way, Subezy can make sure all payments are done correctly as contracted, as well as meditate in disputable cases.
Subezy does not charge a fixed recurring fee but takes a small share from each transaction made.
Subezy has a dispute resolution process in place, which is designed to be fair and impartial. If a dispute arises (e.g. the actual tours do not match the originally contracted ones), both parties can submit evidence to support their case, and Subezy will review the evidence, make a decision, and respectively adapt payouts made.
While Subezy encourages all communication to take place within the platform where possible, shippers and subcontractors are free to communicate outside of the platform if they wish.
While Subezy verifies the qualifications of its subcontractors, it does not provide any guarantees for the quality of their work.
The contract for the actual route execution is always between shipper and contractor; Subezy acts solely as agent to connect the two parties. However, if any issues do arise, Subezy has a dispute resolution process in place to help resolve them.
At the moment, Subezy is only available in the DACH region. However, we are working to expand and make Subezy available in more countries in the future.
